Dinner tonight...

Hello, and happy Thursday!  So, dinner tonight was about as simple as they come, and that also means quick!

I have been making an effort to begin planning meals... nothing long-term, or too involved though.  I bookmarked some pages in Kraft's Food & Family magazine and tonight's selection was French Onion Pork Chop Skillet

The recipe calls for 6 pork chops, but the bag I grabbed from my freezer happened to have about 1 lb of cubed pork, like stew meat.  And instead of 2 thinly sliced onions, I used only 1.  To camouflage the onions, I decided to chop them up (in the skillet) after they were browned.

In summary:
  • MAKE AGAIN? Yes (might try it with chicken, or hamburger)
  • TIME: quick! (35 minutes)
  • INGREDIENTS:
    • Boneless pork (chops, stew meat, etc)
    • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken)
    • 1-2 onions
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Mozzarella cheese
We liked it, I hope you do too!
