Dinner tonight...
Hello, and happy Thursday! So, dinner tonight was about as simple as they come, and that also means quick!
I have been making an effort to begin planning meals... nothing long-term, or too involved though. I bookmarked some pages in Kraft's Food & Family magazine and tonight's selection was French Onion Pork Chop Skillet.
The recipe calls for 6 pork chops, but the bag I grabbed from my freezer happened to have about 1 lb of cubed pork, like stew meat. And instead of 2 thinly sliced onions, I used only 1. To camouflage the onions, I decided to chop them up (in the skillet) after they were browned.
In summary:

In summary:
- MAKE AGAIN? Yes (might try it with chicken, or hamburger)
- TIME: quick! (35 minutes)
- INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless pork (chops, stew meat, etc)
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken)
- 1-2 onions
- Worcestershire sauce
- Mozzarella cheese

Day 1
Hello world! I finally decided to take the plunge, and today is my official debut to the the universe. And, might I add, I am literally astounded that you area even reading this!
I'm not exactly sure the direction this blog will take, but I plan to incorporate photos and paper crafts, and maybe some recipe stuff. Requests are always welcome. :o)
Thanks again!
Donna :o)
PS... I've chosen this image as the inaugural photo. We were heading home after a few days off over Christmas. This was between Vinita and Claremore, OK.
